Chapter 18 - An Order from Gilbert

London

Upon entering the London Airship Dock, Gilbert will greet Eddie and his group. Apparently, he wants to go to the London Sewers and Evans apparently opened up one of the floodgates (the remaining percent of map completion and hopefully new item! XD). Gilbert joins the party! Go to London Sewers now.

London Sewers

Enemies: Blood Bat, Killer Fish, Brown Rat, Rat, Flying Fish
Items: Black Blade Plans

Keep going and cross the first bridge. Go to the left and down to pull the lever. Go down and right and go down the water and up to the opposite side. Go left and down and then right. You have a choice to just go up and continue on or go down and cover/complete the map and get Black Blade Plans.

If you need healing, just go to the save point on the west side before going up the stairs. Level up Melody's Groundale to Level 5 to get Ultima Rain and Skill Break to Level 5 to get Magic Drain, Fiona's Recovery Bell to Level 5 to get White Requiem, Angel Powder and Miraculous Breeze to Level 2, Repair Force to Level 4, Eddie's Hyper Guard to Level 2.

Royal Exploration Agency

Enemies: Karma Notebook, Dummy Chest, Killer Arms, Robotor, Float Cannon, Cabal Combatant

Upon going up the stairs, you'll be in the Royal Exploration Agency Underground Museum which is a secret museum where they keep the gadgets they found in. Go up and you'll see the six tablets in glass cases. Apparently, they have the tablet that was supposed to be lost as Siberian Base. Shirley appears and explains that the Royal Exploration Agency was able to retrieve it secretly. She also explains that Julius Fogg is trying to gather them all to open the gate to Asgard. Suddenly, Kakyo appears behind Gilbert. You'll have to fight him now with Gilbert's help.

Start off with Pad's Bullet Drive, Fiona's Holy Bell, Melody's Daemon Gate and Eddie's Supernova. He will use Ogre's Defense that works just like before. During this time, you cannot damage him. Pad and Melody should defend, Fiona should start casting Miraculous Breeze on Eddie, Eddie should cast Hyper Guard. Once the defense is off, get back to using the co-op attacks except Fiona should use Soothing Light.

After beating him, an alarm will trigger because Cabal has infiltrated the base.

Chapter 18b - The Agency's Secret

Royal Exploration Agency 1B Underground Museum

Items: Metal Jacket, Aqua Shot, White Tiger Blade

Use the save point above and pull the lever on the right.

Go up and through the newly opened door and down to get a Metal Jacket for Pad.

Pull the lever on the left. Go back up and to the left. Go down and inspect the first lever. Go down and get Aqua Shot for Pad.

Go down and inspect the lever on the right first and then the lever on the left. Go back up and left to get a White Tiger Blade for Eddie.

Go down ignoring the first lever you see and you'll see a korol. Talk to it if you need any help and open the chest for Saint's Robe, equip it to Fiona.

Go down and inspect the lever on the right and then on the left. Go back up and pull the lever that you ignored before. If you want to save, just pull the last lever again and go back to save point and then pull it again to proceed. Equip Fiona with Carnelian Gem and Eddie with Obsidian Arrowhead. Go left to another screen. You'll be back in the Royal Exploration Agency 1B Central Command.

Royal Exploration Agency 1B Central Command

You'll encounter Carmine as soon as you enter. You'll have to fight him.

Start off with Pad's Bullet Drive, Melody should cast Daemon's Gate, Fiona should cast Blue Whirlwind on Eddie, Eddie should do Overdrive and then Combo Attack. Fiona now must use Soothing Light, Eddie should do Thunder Blade and then Combo Attack. You need to beat Carmine as soon as possible because his Big Bang is very fatal.

Upon beating Carmine, he won't be dead yet. Emperor Terra decides to show his real self. He exposes Julius Fogg of being a wolf in sheep's clothing. He will also expose about Fiona being sealed in Pandora's Box. Gilbert comes and protects the party telling them to leave.

Royal Exploration Agency 1B Accessway

Items: Ancient Paper, Magical Wand

You'll be in a familiar place with different layout because of the alarm. Go to the west room and pull the lever on the upper left.

Go back down and right out of the room. Go up and go to the left, pull the lever there.

Go to the left room and open the chest for Ancient Paper. Pull the lever there and go back out.

Go to the room to the right and open the chest for Magical Wand, equip it to Melody. Pull the lever on the right.

Go up and enter the last room to the left and pull the lever.

Go out and all the way down to the first room on the left. Pull the upper right level.

Get out and go up. A lot of cabal soldiers will be there to stop Eddie and his group. Magi will come and save the day by using her magic. She will tell everyone to hurry and find the last tablet in Tomb Chapel in America and destroy it.

London Royal Museum Showroom

You'll be back in the museum. Evans will come and ask what's going on. Eddie will explain everything to him. He will tell Eddie that the Tomb Chapel is located in the west of New York. Level up Pad's Hyper Speed to Level 5 to get Silencer. A new quest is opened, so be sure to check ť Quest 13. Time to appraise the gadget you just found, Ancient Paper that converts into Papyrus Scroll. It cuts MP cost into half which works greatly!
