Chapter 14 - New Wings

London

When you wake up, go to the Airship Dock and Evans will be there. He'll show you... MAVERICK II! It looks so good! The Flight Core is much higher leveled so you'll be able to fly to the highest altitude. You can be happy, but you wont' be when you fight the monsters there... hahaha. It also has a communicator where he can always contact. Before going to the airship, I know you're excited, talk to the airship part shop owner to get Upgrade Plate 07. Go out and you'll be taught how to fly to the highest altitude. Once you have control, steer to the west right away. You'll get an S.O.S from Betty Hope that they're being attacked by Sky Pirates in the west of London. So keep going west and you'll see three ships. Approach them and you'll be in a battle.

Once you beat the ships, Betty Hope will request help of you to accompany the sick woman back to London. You'll be back in the Airship Dock and a gentleman will appear. Dr. George Smith is his name. The lady, Elizabeth appears to thank Eddie and his group and then faints. Pad helps her up. Not knowing, she drops... the half of Pad's mother's necklace! What does this mean? Apparently, she lost her memory 10 years ago in an airship accident. Beatrice comes and is very worried. Apparently, they are sisters :O. She calls him Pad, but he denies that his name is Pad.

Eddie and the rest try to understand what's going on with Pad and his feelings. Then Pad learns the skill "Bullet Drive" which is also a co-op skill! Fly high to the high altitude again and travel northwest of London and you'll get S.O.S again, this time it's from Evans. He obtained a new information about a new tablet. It's located in El Dorado. He doesn't know where it is, but he knows that an adventurer in New York is looking for that. He suggests that you go there! (Yes! Finally, it's where I live! XD).

You have a choice now to start Eddie's and Pad's Side Quests or continue to New York. It's preferred that you take the quests to gain more experience. Go back to London Museum and talk to Evans to start Eddie's side quest. Talk to Bridget in the Adventurer's Association to start Pad's side quest. A new quest is also opened. Check out ť Quests side to learn more. Some world treasures are available to get now, check ť World Treasures for more information. Take the opportunities to take all of them now, it will benefit you. If you complete at least Eddie's first side story, you will get White Blade Plans which can be converted to Angel Saber in Tokyo through Kanbei which can do massive damage to the airship in high altitude. Once you're all set, set to the high altitude and follow the orb and descend to the low altitude once you reach the destination and enter New York.

Chapter 14b - Finding the City of Gold

New York

Upon entering, you'll be in airship dock. (New London weapon/armor!). Buy the Upgrade Plate 08 to get more ENDs for Maverick II. You probably wouldn't need to get Magna Drill if you already have Angel Saber, buy the other 3 airship weapons and the armor and talk to the customizer to equip them. If in need of money, go back to the high altitude and battle there to get a lot of Gs in just one battle. This would work effectively if you have Angel Saber. Go up to enter the city! (my city ;D)

Upon entering, you'll see Statue of Liberty and you'll be in the city. Go inside the nearest building on the left to enter the weapon shop and buy all the weapons for everyone. Although, if you completed Pad's first side story, you don't need to buy the Machine Gun. Go up and you'll be in the armor shop. Buy Golden Suit for Eddie and Pad, Golden Dress for Fiona, Stylish Hat for everyone and Gold Bracelet for Melody and Fiona.

Go to the bottom right building, which is the Adventurer's Association and speak to the man with the hat on the left. His name is Danny and he will tell you a woman in the north building is the wife of the man who knows about it. Get out and time to loot some free items :P.

Right in front of the shop, inspect the wall behind the mailbox delivery. Go to the inn on the east corner and use the elevator to go up. Go inside the first bottom room and check the table in the bottom corner to get a Mechanic's Wrench.

Get out of the inn and head left and then up right in the north center of the city and inspect the trash can for a Super Heal Leaf.

Go all the way to the right and head to the north-east corner to get a Flee Stone.

Enter the building you just passed and go upstairs. Check the painting on the wall to get a Star Jewel.

To proceed, go down and talk to the woman downstairs named Marissa to learn about her husband who is currently looking for El Dorado. He was last heard in Tokar Village in the amazon. Purchase all the necessities that you need like items or airship items and get out of town.

Go south of New York passing the hills and you'll notice that the weather is starting to change. It's raining which will affect your airship battles. Water elemental will work great while cannon and gun won't work as good. Raise into medium altitude when you hit a mountain and cross over the mountains and you'll reach Tokar Village.

Tokar Village

Items: Old Clock, MP Shard, DEF Boost Elixir

Tokar Village is a small village, there isn't much to do but there are some free stuff to loot. Before looting, go to the weapon shop and buy all the weapons for everyone, except Melody. If you are in need of money, go to the high altitude with Eddie's Angel Saber and battle anyone except Neo Nidhogg. You'll get a lot of Gs really quick. Go to the armor shop afterwards and buy Demonic Clothes for everyone and Pirate Hat for Eddie/Pad.

Once you're done, it's time to loot. Go southeast in front of the Inn and inspect the plant next to the tree for an Old Clock. Go inside the Inn and examine the most right bottom bed for an MP Shard. Head west into the Item Shop and check the northwest plant for a DEF Boost Elixir.

Once you're done, go out and talk to the man in an orange shirt in the middle of the village to learn that Harvard went to the jungle. Now you need to get out and fly north into the jungle where you'll see "Amazon" on top of the forest and land there.

Enemies: Poison Tail, Tarantual, Death Flower, Tropical Mushroom, Tree Man, Golden Rook, Mighty Kong, Alligator, Quetzalopterus

Amazon Jungle Entrance

Time to level up some SP skills that you just learned from all the battling. Level up Eddie's Spiral Arrow and Unlimited to Level 5 to get Limit Excel and Dividing Heaven to Level 6, Melody's Magic Shield to Level 8 to get Aurora Cannon, Fiona's Lumiera to Level 5 to get Lumierana. A lot of the enemies here are weak against Wind, don't be shy to use Melody's Aeriara. Now, you're all done and just follow the way down to the next screen.

Amazon Dungeon of Jungle

Keep going and you'll encounter Harvard. Apparently, he can't find the way to El Dorado so it's Eddie's group's job to find it. Head northeast to another cave.

Amazon Cave Behind Falls

Items: Moon Jewel, Gold Tiara

Pick up the two items containing Moon Jewel and Gold Tiara. Equip the Gold Tiara on Fiona. Inspect the stone slab for a clue. Head out of the cave.

Amazon Dungeon of Jungle

Items: Mega Heal Bottle

Head down and right following the southeast way to complete the map and to learn more about the location as you need it soon. Open the treasure chest containing Mega Heal Bottle. Go up and left and you'll see a pond.

Stand on the south of it and walk one lap around the pond clockwise direction and you'll see something shiny in the water.

Go to the southeast corner, where the dock is and stand at the edge of it for a few seconds and you'll get a message.

Go up and head left in front of the Amazon Cave Behind Falls, not the same pond you walked around.

It's another pond where you can see the waterfall and you'll notice something shiny.

Inspect it and go down quickly using the eastern path where there's a muddy road and cross it and head left right away after crossing it and you'll see a cut scene and a boss fight.

Start of with Pad's Bullet Drive, Melody with Aeria, Fiona should use Lumiera and heal if necessary, Eddie can use Thunderblade and then Combo Attack right after. Beware of Devil Powder as it badly affects everyone's status. Use Fiona's Holy Breeze and Pad's Treatment to cure all status effects.

Once you beat it, go inside the entrance and you'll be in the City of Gold.
