Fiona's Side Story

Monster on the Loose

Available: After the Acropolis dungeon.
Location: Southwest of Tokyo

Fly with Maverick to the southeast of Tokyo near the Borobudor Temple and there will be an S.O.S from Jack-Knife in Australia. So head to Australia (southeast of the world) and you'll see a red sky pirate ship. Jack will mention about a strong monster, with a long neck and a tail and four wings. It also said it had awakened to destroy the White Order. It was last seen flying to the north.

Fly north from Tokyo to the icy land and you'll get S.O.S from Silver Fox being attacked by monsters in Siberia.

Fly west to London and another S.O.S saying it's flying north northwest to a high altitude and you'll find the monster there.

Red Dragon named Ignis, the Hunter of the White Wings. Start off with Pad's Smoke Shot, Fiona with Guard Shield twice, Charge and Orb (Repair Force if necessary), Melody with Cannon and healing items and Eddie with Spiral Arrow. You'll get the Silver Compass once beating him.

Go back to Jack-Knife to report to him and receive the White Shield Plans.

Raising Mu

Available: After the "Monster on the Loose" Arc.
Location: Mu (Northeast of Australia)

Head northeast of Australia or where you found Jack-Knife and go over the little island. The compass will open the "Mu" continent.

Upon entering, 3 Mu Dwellers will warn Fiona to return to the palace. Go up and talk to the Mu Dweller again to learn that the soul of the people who died here are in limbo and need Fiona's help to free them. Head left and up to the stairs to another screen. Go left and around to get the chest containing Bear Head for Melody's weapon.

Head northeast to the stairs to cover the map and head back down to the beginning and use the right stairs this time. Head left and down the stairs and open the chests for Branched Sword (for Eddie) and Harp Moon Wand (for Fiona).

Go back up and take the northeast path and open the chest containing Braided Crown for Melody.

Head left and up the stairs. Head left and south to get Odin Coat.

Then go down the stairs. You'll be in the West Sector. Go up and left, open the chest for Dragon Vest, equip it to Pad.

Go up, left and then down. Go down the left stairs. Head right and you'll see a chest, open it for Black Gun Plans. Go to the southwest route and up to the altar. Inspect the statue and fire will lit on top of it.

Go back to the previous room and take the northeast stairs down to the East Sector. Keep going down the stairs and head south (head west to complete the map). Open the chest for Black Shield Plans.

Keep following the way and you'll see a korol. Use it for its assistance if you need. Keep following the way and you'll find the same statue as the one in West Sector. Inspect it and the fire will lit.

Head left and up behind the statue there is a hidden chest. Open it for Sage's Cloak, equip it on Melody.

Go back to the previous room and go in the center of the room and you'll be transported up.

Head north and you'll see a save point. Use it to save and restore.

Approach the spirit-like figure. It is La Mu and he recognizes Fiona right away and calls her Queen Fiona. You're gonna have to fight him.

Start out with Pad's Bullet Drive, Fiona should cast Miraculous Breeze on Eddie and then Soothing Light afterwards, Melody should cast Magic Shell on everyone to reflect La Mu's Dark Nest and Lumierana, Eddie should do Overdrive or Thunder Blade with Supernova which will damage greatly.

After beating him, Fiona will forgive him and he is shocked and acknowledges Fiona as the true ruler of this land. Save your game and restore. Use Fiona's Warp Gate to exit the dungeon.

Before exiting, the party will see the spirits of the dead are rising into the sky. Like Melody said, it looks so beautiful and it doesn't feel sad at all (took the words right out of my mouth!). Fiona will find Ancient Gem Plans.

Go to Tokyo to convert the plans you found for a better airship equipments. Holy Grail costs whopping 999999G! (Holy crap!)
